Prenatal Physiotherapy Services

We provide a wide range of effective treatment options to assist each individual with the following during the prenatal stage:

• pregnancy-related pain, sacroiliac joint, pelvic and low back pain
• nerve compression including sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome
• urinary incontinence and pelvic floor weakness

In addition to our prenatal physiotherapy treatment services, we also sell pregnancy products (available in stock) including pregnancy pillows, pregnancy belts and pregnancy pants, which further help to provide individuals with effective support around both the abdomen and lower back region during pregnancy. Postnatal Physiotherapy Services

We provide a wide range of effective treatment options to assist each individual with the following during the postnatal stage:

• low back pain
• post pregnancy-related sacroiliac joint, pelvic and low back pain
• urinary incontinence and pelvic floor weakness
• diastasis recti (abdominal separation due to excessive stretching of the abdominal muscles)

Return to Exercise Post Birth

We provide a wide range of effective treatment options to assist each individual with the following during the return to exercise post birth stage:

• maintain low back care
• prevent prolapse
• restore pelvic floor function
• pain management
• weight loss management
• urinary incontinence

Incontinence

Our focus is to assist each individual to regain both control and function of the pelvic floor muscles. An individualised pelvic floor exercise program is prescribed and tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

In addition to our incontinence physiotherapy treatment services, we also sell incontinence products (available in stock) including the MEDiballs Secret Single and Double.
