Please note we are not a bulk billing practice. If you have an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan (referral from your General Practitioner), payment is still required in full on the day of service. With the EPC plan, you will still be charged an out of pocket gap.
All TAC and Worksafe claims require full payment on the day of service. We will issue you with a recept on the day of service, where you are responsible to take this receipt to TAC or Worksafe to make the claim. Like the EPC plan, you will still be charged an out of pocket gap.
For all patients with Private Health insurance, we have HICAPS facilities where we can process and finalise your claim on the day of service, and you have the option to pay the remaining gap with the following: Cash, Eftpos, or Credit card.
We strongly encourage you to contact your Health Insurance Provider (prior to your physiotherapy session) to enquire on the type of cover you are on, and the amount you can claim back.
